To Be Eligible for a Return

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • Unworn and unused, In its original packaging. 
  • original tags and labels attached on parcel.
  • No missing items from the parcel.  
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Return delivery and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. 

Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible. The original item must be returned first, and the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer. Once the return is approved, a new order can be placed for the replacement item to ensure the fastest processing.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return parcel, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the parcel. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
